FOOD MENU for the weekend

Note:  There are plenty of big refrigerators if you need to bring your own food.   You’re absolutely welcome to use any of them, as we honor everyone’s needs to stay with their specific food needs.

BREAKFASTS – both SAT & SUN
Buffet Offerings:
Oatmeal
Eggs (Scrambled)
Bacon / Sausage
Fruit
Salsa
Avocados
Whole GRAIN toast (not just whole wheat, but whole grain)
Orange Juice

LUNCH (SAT ONLY)
Salad bar and fruit
Tuna fish, egg salad & cold cuts
AVOCADOS
Whole grain bread available
Salsa available again
(People make their own sandwich, or use the above in a salad)
NO SUGAR DESSERTS ­ – fruit only

DINNER (FRI & SAT):
Salad bar
Grilled Chicken or Tri-Tip (one night chicken, one night tri tip) – some cooked with no salt or spices, only baked or roasted
grilled veggies
Rice & beans (black beans!) or Sweet potatoes
AVOCADOS
Salsa available
NO SUGAR DESSERTS ­ fruit only
