Please remember, anyone is ALWAYS welcome to come to any of the committee meetings, no matter what level of service they are taking, or considering! :-)
A few “advance” positions that are open:
Sodas: It would be your job to pick up sodas and coordinate the sale of them at the retreat. You will be reimbursed, but you would be in charge of setting them up, keeping them refrigerated, selling them and packing them up at the end.
Crafts & Decorating Committee: See Stephanie
AT THE RETREAT:
• Registration Check-In volunteers (will work with Jill, registration chair)
• Time Keeper volunteer – let people know when meeting is about to start, bring clocks for the facility, etc.
• Meeting Room set up (a few needed) – Arrive early on Friday and set up the room to be the way we had it last year (lots of chair moving, you will need helpers). Then return room to original diagram upon departure.
• Lost and Found volunteer – sweep the facility afterwards, gather anything left behind and be the point contact for Lost & Found
• Feedback volunteer – make a nice decorated box, and make nice feedback forms. Distribute them and then collect from the box at the end.
• Crafts set up and clean up help – Help Stephanie & Crafts committee coordinate gathering of crafts, setting up and cleaning up at the end.
